What is the Athlete Performance Program Process?
Step 1 - Play Performance Strategy Call
We chat to you over the phone (or face-to-face if preferred) to find out more about you as an individual and to plan out your strategy moving forward. We will establish what success looks like to you and how we can help you to achieve that. If you are determined to reach your goals, we will then book you in for the next step which is your performance testing session.
Step 2 - Athlete Screening/Assessment and Performance Testing
No athlete is alike, and it is because of this that we need to establish exactly how you perform in relation to your sport and your goals before you begin your training within the APP. You will undergo a one-on-one screening, assessment and performance testing session using state of the art sport science technology and methodologies to determine your strengths and areas that we can improve on to maximise your athletic performance.
Step 3 - Individualised Program Design
Your individualised programming will be constructed from your initial consultation and performance testing results and will relate back to your goals, and needs analysis of your sport. This program will be adapted over time and re-assessed at multiple intervals throughout your training in accordance with your goals, progress, and achievements within your sporting performance.
Step 4 - Semi-Private Training Sessions
As part of the APP you will have access to unlimited Semi-Private Training sessions to complete your programming throughout the week. Your individualised program will determine how many sessions to book in for each week which will be periodized with your sporting and training commitments throughout the season. There are a maximum of 4 athletes in each session to allow for a focused approach to each athlete from the coach.
Step 5 - Regular Testing and Programming Adjustments
Every 5 weeks you will undergo further testing to measure progress within the APP and to ensure that you are still in line with your initial goals and plan for success.

Step 6 - Results!
When it comes to training, consistency is key! By using the data derived from your programming and testing, we can ensure that you become a better athlete than you were before you arrived.
